The Intel Core i9-13900K is the most powerful of the 13th Gen lineup. This chipset features 24 cores and 32 threads and a total boost clock of up to 5.8 GHz with a 125W TDP. In total, there are 8 P-Cores and 16 E-Cores. The chipset is another generation of Intel 7 10mm process.
Intel Core i9-13900K performance

What’s the difference between the 13900K and 13900KF?
Intel’s ‘K’ chips are unlocked, allowing enthusiasts who want to overclock to get even more performance out of their CPU.
